Rare opportunity to join a top rated Senior Care organization that is adding a regional role in the State of Washington due to continued growth and expansion of services. Candidate can live in either Washington or Oregon for this role.
This position provides consultation and support to Senior Care communities of various sizes offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will be working closely with Executive Directors and sales teams in driving the sales process and developing strategies for occupancy growth and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Spends time in each market assisting with the continued development of referral
relationships, improving sales technique and evaluating opportunities for
Assists sales teams with the systems to trend, analyze and work leads.
Provides recommendations to enhance customer service and presentation for a
positive customer first impression
Acts as resource to the Executive Director in selection, orientation, coaching and
evaluating sales personnel
Ensures community marketing collaterals are professional, community specific and
targeted towards appropriate image, service and community niche
Reviews monthly/quarterly tends and provides strategic ideas for continued
Develops team communication and teamwork for overall improvement in region
5+ years of experience in sales/marketing in Senior Living, preferably multi-site
Must be able to drive long distances and have overnight travel (75% travel)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach others to achieve the goals
of the organization
