Are you an individual that has experience working with teams in Assisted Living and Home Health and would like to bring value and your knowledge as a Consultant?

Have you worked with Managed Care/Insurance in the Senior Living and Home Health industry?

As a Director of Community and Home Based Services, you would be joining a well-established organization that offers a great culture that includes excellent orientation/onboarding and continuing education! You would have a hybrid work model that supports a blend of in-home/remote and on-the-go/travel within the Florida market. This flexible approach affords you the autonomy to create your own schedule however you are most productive.

In this role, you would provide consulting support services and ongoing training to Home Health and Assisted Living communities to ensure that their internal teams are accurately and efficiently optimizing their Managed Care relationships. You will guide and advise clients on topics that include:

• Effectively communicating with the insurance companies/HMO’s

• Contracting and obtaining authorizations for care and services

• Following established protocols and processes to ensure accurate documentation, data collection and billing requirements

• Maximizing opportunities for the highest level of care
